1 hair elastic
small amount of worsted weight yarn
size G crochet hook
Rnd: 1
Single crochet over hair elastic to cover.
Slip stitch together.
Rnd: 2
Chain 3 double crochet in the same stitch as join.
* 1 double crochet in next single crochet , 2 double crochet in next single crochet*
Repeat around faten off leaving the end of your yarn long enough to include it as part of the fringe.
Make 1 fringle in each stitch of last round.
